Doreen M. Inserra, CPA received her Cybersecurity Advisory Certificate from AICPA in Durham, NC in April 2018. She has presented to the IAA of Staten Island and the IAA of Brooklyn on Safeguarding Taxpayer Data standards, best practices required by the Gramm-

Leach-Bliley Act (GLB ACT) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Financial Privacy and Safeguards Rule for tax practitioners, financial advisers (insurance agents), and institutions (including banks and trust companies, insurance companies, and related entities; mortgage brokers, originators, and servicers; and charitable foundations, as well as other NYS-regulated corporations) under 23 NYCRR 500 - effective March 23, 2017.

A Certified Government Financial Manager

Doreen is also a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) which is a professional certification awarded by AGA, demonstrating competency in governmental accounting, auditing, financial reporting, internal controls and budgeting at the federal, state, and local levels. CGFM is a respected credential that recognizes the specialized knowledge and experience needed to be an effective government financial manager.
